1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
2. We accept CareCredit, Debit Cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, and a $50 charge will be applied to your account for any cancellations made after this period.
Another popular option for your family is pet insurance coverage.
If you have insurance for your pet, be sure to bring in the claim form for the doctor to fill out. It is then the client's responsibility to send it in to get reimbursed.
